Shimla’s historic Gaiety Theatre came to life as the Bal Rangmanch Mahotsav 2025 – Inter School Hindi Drama Competition unfolded from October 3rd to 5th, running daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This vibrant festival celebrates the creativity, energy, and voices of young India, bringing together students, mentors, and artists for a spectacular showcase of storytelling and performance.
Organised by the Keekli Charitable Trust, the Mahotsav is more than a competition—it is a platform for inspiration. Keekli’s mission is to bridge generations, connecting children with senior writers and artists to foster learning, empathy, and cultural exchange. Through theatre, students are encouraged to express, explore, and engage with the world around them, all while staying rooted in India’s rich traditions and values.
