HPPSC Chairman Presents Annual Report to Governor

Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC), Capt. Rameshwar Singh Thakur, presented the Commission’s 55th Annual Report for the year 2025-26 to Governor Kavinder Gupta at Lok Bhavan today.

Members of the Commission, including Col. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Dr. Pawnesh Sharma, Prof. Mamta Mokta and Rakhil Kahlon, along with HPPSC Secretary Nivedita Negi and Additional Secretary Chhavi Nanta, were present during the occasion.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of the Commission’s members, officers and employees, and congratulated them for their dedication towards fulfilling the Commission’s objectives during the year.

While briefing the Governor, Capt. Rameshwar Singh Thakur highlighted that the Commission has introduced several institutional reforms in recent years to improve operational efficiency, enhance transparency and integrate technology-driven solutions in accordance with the demands of the digital age. He stated that the annual report represents the Commission’s continued commitment to constitutional principles and its role in promoting effective and accountable governance.
