Students of Auckland House School for Boys, Shimla had a time of their lives as they participated in the annual school carnival. Bandana Goswami, Principal of Himalayan Pubic School, Shimla participated as the Chief Guest, who was welcomed by School Principal Michael John and Director-Principal Sunita John along with school teachers and school head boy.
The carnival had something or the other to offer for each child that could tickle their taste buds as various food stalls like momos, chowmin, pizza, soft drinks, chana bhutra, pao bhaji, gol guppa, burger, ice cream and cotton candy were present. On the other hand there were games stalls that teased the mind and physical strength of individuals.
Students had fun under the sun to the max as they were seen full of energy while they were exploring each and every stall. They were seen standing in lines to buy coupons without any impatience but complete excitement.
The music corner and tombola seemed to be favourite stall of all as massive students were seen enjoying both the stalls. Creative corner was yet another appealing section where handicrafts were offered and above all students were full of excitement to get their faces painted by the talents artists (students) of school.
The day ended on a very happy note as it was a long anticipated event for which students had been waiting from quiet sometime and like they say fruit of patience is sweet — this carnival was indeed sweet as honey for all.
