Transfer And Posting Of IAS/IFS Officers In Himachal Pradesh

On the recommendations of the Civil Services Board, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfers & postings of the following Indian Administrative Service/Indian Forest Service officers, with immediate effect, in the public interest:-

1. Sudesh Kumar Mokhta, IAS (HP:2010), Director-cum-Ex-Officio- the Special Secretary (Revenue-Disaster Management) to Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, who is also holding additional charges of the posts of Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Produce Marketing & Processing Corporation (HPMC), Shimla, Project Director, H.P. Horticulture Development Society, Shimla and Mission Director, National Health Mission, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, shall henceforth function as Mission Director, National Health Mission, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

2. Ms. Kritika Kulhari, IAS (HP:2013), Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, as Director, H.P. Institute of Public Administration, Fairlawns, Shimla, relieving Rugved Milind Thakur, IAS (HP:2011) of this additional charge.

3. Manmohan Sharma, IAS (HP:2013). Director. Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, who is also nolding additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer-cum- Managing Director. Shimla Smart City Ltd., Shimla, as Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh.

4. Duni Chand Rana, IAS (HP:2014). Deputy Commissioner, Chamba, District Chamba. Himachal Pradesh, as Director-cum-Ex- Officio-Special Secretary (Revenue-Disaster Management) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He shall also hold additional charges of the posts of Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Produce Marketing & Processing Corporation (HPMC), Shimla and Project Director, H.P. Horticulture Development Society, Shimla.

5. Apoorv Devgan, IAS (HP:2015), Member Secretary. H.P. State Pollution Control Board, Shimla, as Deputy Commissioner, Chamba, District Chambe, Himachal Pradesh.

6. Anil Joshi, IFS (HP:1999). Chief Conservator of Forests, whose services have been placed by the Forests Department at the disposal of Department of Personnel, as Member Secretary. H.P. State Pollution Control Board, Shimla.
