Governor releases collection of poems titled “Pahad Par Indradhanush”

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla released a book containing poems titled “Pahad Par Indradhanush” written by Dr. Pan Singh at Raj Bhawan.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of the author and said that the young poet has depicted the hill landscape and emotions in a conversational manner through their poetry. He hoped that Dr. Pan Singh would continue his writing work in future also.

Dr. Pan Singh is serving in the Hindi Department of Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He belongs to Tulaha village of Joginder Nagar Tehsil of Mandi district. This is the eighth book written by him.
