Tiny tots of Auckland House School for Boys exhibited their physical strength during their Junior Section Sports Day held in the school’s premises. The eventful day for all started by welcoming the Chief Guest Manmohan Sharma, Director, Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh.
Students displayed bright and colorful PT display which was followed by gymnastic and Taekwondo where they showed their body’s flexibility.
More than 300 students from Classes Nursery to First participated in different events including hurdle races, such as the banana race, strolling car race, wafer race, umbrella and raincoat race, juice race, skating, obstacle race (drag the box) and hoopla race.
Sharna was extremely pleased with the performances of the little ones and he appreciated the efforts of all. While speaking on the occasion he laid emphasis on the importance of education as well as merits of sports in life of an individual.
School Principal Micheal A John lauded the role of students and staff members in making the event successful.
