AI workshop for residents at IGMC Shimla

The Resident Doctor Association (RDA) of Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC), Shimla, organized an ADIRA Workshop on AI for Digital Readiness & Advancement for the residents of the prestigious state medical college on 29th November 2025 at Atal Sabhagaar, IGMC Shimla.

Dr. Sohil Sharma (President), Dr. Adarsh Sharma (General Secretary), and Dr. Madhup Arora (Vice President) of RDA IGMC Shimla oversaw the smooth and effective implementation of the workshop. Dr. Archit Sharma, Press Secretary, along with the entire RDA team, extended a warm welcome to the National ADIRA AI Workshop Trainer, Dr. Gopal Ashish Sharma, Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, IGMC Shimla, who served as the resource faculty for the event.

Heads of various departments and faculty members, including Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Professor & Head, Psychiatry, and Dr. Devesh Sharma, Associate Professor, Psychiatry, were also present. The workshop marked a first-of-its-kind continued education and learning initiative for healthcare professionals, especially residents of IGMC Shimla.

RDA IGMC Shimla expressed heartfelt gratitude to all residents who participated despite their busy schedules, contributing to the success of this innovative educational program.
