Auckland Boys Hosts International Education Showcase

Students of Auckland House School for Boys and Auckland House School got a firsthand glimpse into global higher education opportunities during the “Global University Fair 2026”, organised in collaboration with ICAE India (International Centre for Advancement of Education) on Thursday, hosted by Auckland Boys’ campus.

The campus buzzed with excitement as students interacted with representatives from leading universities and institutions from India and abroad, exploring academic programmes, scholarships, international admissions and emerging career trends. The fair, held from 11 am to 2 pm, opened new avenues for students aspiring to pursue careers in engineering, management, liberal arts, hospitality, fashion, design, technology and other future-focused fields.

The event provided a unique platform for students to engage in one-on-one discussions with admission experts and counsellors, helping them gain clarity about career pathways and opportunities available across the globe. The atmosphere reflected enthusiasm and curiosity as students explored options beyond traditional career choices.

Principal Reuben John said the university fair was organised to empower students with the information and exposure needed to make informed decisions about their academic futures. He emphasised that such initiatives help students develop a global outlook while identifying careers aligned with their talents and aspirations.

A wide range of prestigious institutions participated in the fair, including IED Europe, Hartpury University (UK), The University of Akron (USA), HTMi Switzerland, SRH University Germany, Istituto Marangoni, GD Goenka University – Le Cordon Bleu, Ashoka University, Bennett University, Ahmedabad University, FLAME University, Indian School of Hospitality, Chitkara University, World University of Design, Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD), RV University, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Shoolini University, Alliance University, Graphic Era University, UPES, Pearl Academy, SRM Institute of Science and Technology Chennai and Amity University.

School authorities noted that the fair served as an enriching learning experience by connecting students with global academic institutions and helping them understand the rapidly evolving education and career landscape. The successful event highlighted the schools’ ongoing commitment to equipping students with global exposure, career awareness and the confidence to thrive in an increasingly competitive world.
