Cabinet Sub-Committee recommends to declare results of Post Codes 903 and 939

The third meeting of the Cabinet sub-committee constituted to examine various issues pertaining to all recruitment cases where results are pending due to ongoing investigations and inquiries of the erstwhile HP Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur was held on Tuesday under the Chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri.

The sub-committee recommended to declaring the results of the Post Codes 903 JOA (IT) and 939 JOA (IT) on the analogy of Post Code 817. However, 5 posts out of total 82 of the Post Code 903 JOA (IT) and 11 posts out of total 295 of Post Code 939 JOA (IT) would be left vacant on which FIR has been lodged against the accused.

Mukesh Agnihotri said that the Cabinet sub-committee would send the case of both Post Codes to the Cabinet for final decision.

The members of the sub-committee Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi, Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan, PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh, Ayush Minister Yadvinder Goma gave their valuable suggestions to ensure preventive measures for the conduction of various examinations in the future.

Principal Secretary, Personnel and Member Secretary of the Cabinet sub-committee R.D Nazeem, Secretary, Law S.K Lagwal, ADG. SV & ACB Satwant Atwal Trivedi, Chairman, HPRCA R.K Purthi, SP (SIU) Vigilance Dr. Ramesh Chhajta and other senior officers attended the meeting.
