Chief Minister Hosted Dinner for the Delegates

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today hosted a dinner for the Tourism Ministers of various states here at Dharamshala today. A National Level Conference of the State Tourism Ministers of the country is being organized at Dharamshala from 18th to 20th September, 2022. The Chief Minister welcomed all the delegates who are participating  in the conference and said that this national level event would not only play a very significant role in shaping the vision for tourism sectors across the country keeping in view the future scenario, but also a road map for Himachal Pradesh. A colourful folk cultural programme was also presented on the occasion.

Earlier, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur also attended the pre conference session of National Level Conference of the State Tourism Ministers of the country. Union Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern Region G. Kishan Reddy presented a bouquet to the Chief Minister. Chief Minister also honoured the Union Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern Region G. Kishan Reddy, Union Minister of State for Ports, Shipping and Tourism Shripad Yeso Naik with Himachali Cap and Shawl. Minister of State for Defense and Tourism Ajay Bhatt, Secretary, Ministry of Tourism Arvind Singh, Member NITI Ayog Vinod Kumar Paul, Director General, Ministry of Tourism and Managing Director ITDC Ltd. G. Kamala Vardhana Rao and Additional Secretary, Ministry of Tourism Rakesh Kumar Verma were also present on the occasion.
