Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla today inaugurated a newly developed children’s park at AIR Colony, Chadwick, Summer Hill, Shimla. The park has been designed by the National Academy of Audit and Accounts to offer a safe and engaging recreational space for children in the area.


Governor Emphasizes Importance of Play Areas
During the event, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla appreciated the initiative, stating that such parks play a vital role in the holistic development of children. He highlighted the need for secure and well-maintained play areas that encourage physical activity and social interaction.
Visit to Chadwick House Museum
After the park inauguration, the Governor visited the historic Chadwick House Museum, where he explored exhibits showcasing its rich heritage.
Unveiling of Special Video at Yarrows
As part of the event, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla also unveiled a special video commemorating 75 years of celebrations at Yarrows, highlighting the institution’s journey and achievements over the decades.
Community and Officials Appreciate the Initiative
Senior officials of the National Academy of Audit and Accounts, along with local community members, praised the Governor’s dedication to heritage conservation and community development. Secretary to Governor C.P. Verma was also present on the occasion.
