CM announces Government Degree College at Noradhar in District Sirmour

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur inaugurated and laid foundation stones of 80 developmental projects worth Rs. 162 crore at Nohradhar in Renuka Vidhan Sabha area of Sirmaur district today. While addressing a mammoth  public meeting at Nohradhar, Chief Minister announced Government Degree College at Noradhar, HPSEB Sub-division at Haripurdhar, opening of 33 KV Sub-station at Haripurdhar, 132 KV Sub-station at Charna, opening of Atal Adharsh Vidhyalaya at Charna, upgradation of Government Primary School at Sangrah Deverghat, upgradation of Government Middle School Panyali to Government High School (GHS), upgradation of GHS Nehswar to Government Senior Secondary School, upgradation of Primary Health Centre (PHC) Haripurdhar to Community Health Centre, opening of PHC at Bharari and upgradation of veterinary dispensary Charna to veterinary hospital. He also announced opening of JE section of Jal Shakti at Gatadhar, opening of Health Sub Centre at Arat, starting of three new trades at ITI Bhogdhar, construction of three additional rooms at PWD rest house Haripurdhar.

Chief Minister said that the State Government was about to complete four years of its tenure on 27th of next month. He said that all these years have been full of achievements and accomplishments. He said that several developmental schemes have been launched in the State which has virtually transformed the lives of the commonman. He said that on the other hand the Congress Government befooled the people of the State with an eye on the vote bank. Jai Ram Thakur said that  schemes such as Mukhya Mantri Sahara Yojna, Him care and Grihani Suvidha Yojna has ensured that every section of the society get benefitted. He said that the pervious State Government did nothing for the welfare of the people of the State as they were busy in retaining their power and enjoying the same. He said that the sole aim of the present State Government was to ensure that the pace of development goes uninterrupted. He said that for this constant support of the people was required.

Earlier, the Chief Minister inaugurated Rs. 2.76 crore Divisional Office building at Nohradhar, Rs. 1.33 crore LIS Rampur Chekhariya and Kanhari in CV Rampur in Gram Panchayat Lana Cheta, Rs. 39 lakh LIS Lana Pallar in Lana Pallar, Rs.2.04 crore  FIS to village Neol in GP Deva Manal in tehsil Nohradhar, Rs. 29 lakh improvement and extension of FIS Arlog in GP Bhattan Bhujond, Rs. 36 lakh FIS to village Devna Thanga in GP Devna Thanga, Rs. 32 lakh improvement and extension of GWSS Kakog in tehsil Sangrah, Rs. 25 lakh GWSS Demaina under Jal Jeevan Mission in G.P. Gehal Demaina, Rs. 43 lakh improvement of GWSS Deed Baggar Chamyana in G.P. Deed Bagar, Rs. 65 lakh remodelling and improvement of LIS Khala Kayar in G.P. Khala Kayar, Rs. 21 lakh augmentation of LWSS Chour Kalyari in G.P. Birla, Rs. 2.19 crore augmentation of LWSS Renuka Bedon in G.P. Khalala Kayar, Rs. 1.87 crore LIS to village Charna Devaliya in GP Bhatgarh, Rs. 22 lakh WSS to PC habitation of CV Badhala, Bag and Bain in GP Panar, Rs. 38 lakh improvement of various GWSS in GP Kataha Shittla and Rs. 47 lakh FHTC of various GWSS in GP Panar

Jai Ram Thakur performed inaugurations of Rs. 96 lakh PHC Kotidhiman, Rs. 3.82 crore metalling and tarring of Danoi Khud Drabil road, Rs. 3.73 crore metalling and tarring of Jr Drabil to Kotion road, Rs. 14.14 crore metalling and tarring of Khalla Kiar Kotidhiman road, Rs. 3.83 crore metalling and tarring of Kotidhiman `Chow Bhogar road, Rs. 1.60 crore metalling and tarring of link road from Mandoli to Ludhiana, Rs. 6.55 crore metalling and tarring of link road from Haripurdhar to Badol, Rs.4.84 crore metalling and tarring of Ganog to Ghaton road, Rs. 3.97 crore metalling and tarring of Dhar Tarna road, Rs.4.84 crore link road village Talagna, Rs. 11.86 crore improvement and strengthening of Solan Meenus road, Rs. 1.52 crore for 10 type-II quarters of Police at Dadahu, Rs. 3.13 crore building of Government ITI, Bogdhar, Rs. 6.81 crore 33/11KV Sub Station at Sangrah and Rs. 62 lakh Forest Rest House at Haripur Dhar.

Chief Minister laid foundation stones of developmental projects worth Rs.75 crore including Rs. 19 lakh FIS Charag in GP Bharari, Rs. 41 lakh augmentation and improvement of FIS to village Ullana in GP Nohradhar, Rs. 69 lakh remodelling of FIS Lana Cheta in GP Lana Cheta, Rs. 89 lakh remodelling of FIS to village Debarghat in GP Shamra, Rs. 29 lakh GWSS Shivpur in GP Shivpur, Rs. 2.83 crore LWSS to PC habitations Charna, Dana Ghaton, Ganog, Jammu Koti, Jarag, Kotidhiman, Maina Gharel and Rajana in tehsil Sangrah, Rs. 6.67 crore LWSS from Pallar khad to PC habitation in GP Andheri, Lana Pallar, Ludhiana, Sainj and Sangarh, Rs. 1.57 crore LWSS to various habitations in GP Lana Cheta, Rs. 2.11 crore LWSS Charna and group of villages in GP Charna, Rs. 86 lakh retrofitting of LWSS Sail and adjoining villages, LWSS Bhawai and LWSS Bhalona, Rs. 74 lakh retrofitting of old LWSS to PC habitation Panjhan and adjoining villages in GP Barol and Beong Tatwa, Rs. 38 lakh LWSS Kharkadhar and group of village under Jal Jeevan Mission in GP Bhawai, Rs. 53 lakh retrofitting of LWSS Maa Bhangyani Mandhir Haripurdhar and group of villages under Jal Jeevan Mission in G.P. He also laid foundation stones of Rs. 87 lakh improvement of GWSS Mehat by Development of new source in GP Kando Kansar, Rs. 90 lakh LWSS to harizan basti Basrath, Rohiya, Khala and Kayar in GP Kotidhiman, Rs. 1.14 crore augmentation and improvement of LWSS Dadhu Chulli in GP Dadhu, Rs. 88 lakh AE  Office and staff residences of Jal Shakti Sub Division Dadahu, Rs. 64 lakh augmentation and improvement of LWSS Nar Noti in GP Kotla Molar, Rs. 20 lakh GWSS Dandor Nohal in GP Birla, Rs. 89 lakh FHTC of various GWSS under GP Parara, Rs. 31 lakh LWSS Gugal Panyali in GP Parara, Rs. 54 lakh improvement of WSS Barthal Madhana, Chain Mamyana and Gatu Navi and Rs.88 lakh FHTC of LWSS Kando Kansar in GP Kando Kansar. Jai Ram Thakur performed foundation stones laying ceremonies of Rs. 90 lakh FHTC of various GWSS under GP Bhanet Haldwadi, Rs. 75 lakh FHTC of LWSS Dadahu Chuli GP Dadahu, Rs. 17 lakh LWSS Parara in GP Parara, Rs. 80 lakh various GWSS in GP Mahipur, Rs. 56 lakh GWSS Chourtia Banogta in GP Mahipur and Rs. 87 lakh LWSS to PC habitations Charna, Dana Ghaton, etc. in tehsil Sangrah.

He also laid foundation stones of Rs. 20 lakh various GWSS Kotla Molar in GP Kotla, Rs. 70 lakh improvement and augmentation of various GWSS in GP Barog Bhaneri and GP Khala Kiyar, Rs. 30 lakh CAD works FIS Sheeru Maila, Rs. 5.36 crore Charna to Gudgadhar Kheeldhar Sayadhar road, Rs. 12.03 crore upgradation and metalling and tarring of Dalyanoo Pullilani Naindhar road, Rs. 16.34 crore upgradation and metalling and tarring of Pabor to Lana Basali road and  Rs. 30 lakh Mukhya Mantri Lok Bhawan in Renuka Vidhan Sabha area. MP and State BJP President Suresh Kashyap said that the four year tenure of the present state government has been full of achievements and it becomes the duty of people of the State to strengthen the hands of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur. Power Minister Sukhram Chaudhary said that the Sirmour district has witnessed unprecedented development during the last about four years. He said that all these developmental projects has accelerated the pace of development in the area.

He also urged the CM to open Sub Divison at Haripurdhar. Senior BJP leader from area, Baldev Chauhan while welcoming the Chief Minister thanked him for dedicating developmental projects worth over Rs. 162 crore in for Renuka vidhan sabha area. Chairman BDC Sangrah Mela Ram Sharma welcomed the Chief Minister and other dignitaries present on the occasion. He also detailed various developmental demands of the area. He also detailed various welfare and developmental schemes being implemented in the area. MLA Pachhad Reena Kashyap, Vice Chairman State Civil Supplies Corporation Baldev Tomar, Chairman HP Agricultural Marketing Board Baldev Bhandari, General Secretary State BJP Chander Mohan Thakur, Deputy Commissioner Sirmour R.K. Gautam, SP Omapati Jamwal were also present on the occasion.
