Chief Minister, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has condoled the martyrdom of sepoy Pawan Kumar of 55 RR (Grenadiers), hailing from Pithvi village of Kinnu Panchyat, Rampur Bushahr of Shimla district, who sacrificed his life in an ambush with the terrorist at Avantipora on the outskirts of Srinagar. He was 28 years of age. The Chief Minister in his condolence message said that we will always remember him for the supreme sacrifice and his outstanding service to the nation. He prayed to the almighty to bless the departed soul with peace and strength to his family members to bear the irreparable loss.
