CM Inaugurates Kangra Valley Summer Festival-2022 at Dharamshala

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur inaugurated the Kangra Valley Summer Festival-2022 at Dharamshala Police Ground today evening. Speaking on the occasion, Jai Ram Thakur said that after a span of one decade organizing the Kangra Valley summer festival is a commendable step towards promoting tourism in the Valley, in which various artists will get an opportunity to showcase their talent. He said that a food corner has also been set up in the summer festival, where tourists coming from India and abroad will be able to taste the delicious traditional food of Himachal Pradesh.

He said that Dharamshala is a world famous tourist destination of the state and the government is making all out efforts to promote tourism here. The Kangra Valley Summer Festival-2022 is being organized  from 2nd June to 9th June, 2022 with four cultural evenings. On the first evening of the cultural nights, Harmony of Pines Band and other artists gave spellbinding performances. MLA Vishal Nehariya, Arun Mehra and Arjun Thakur, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Nipun Jindal were also present on the occasion among others.
