CM Sukhu arrived at the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha in Shimla on September 2, 2026, where he was greeted with a ceremonial Guard of Honour by a contingent of the Himachal Pradesh Police. Following the welcome, the Chief Minister attended the ongoing Monsoon Session of the State Assembly and addressed the House on key legislative and public issues.
Later in the day, a delegation representing the Rohru Assembly constituency of Shimla district, headed by local MLA Mohan Lal Bragta, met with Chief Minister Sukhu to highlight various developmental needs and issues of their region. The Chief Minister listened to their concerns and assured the delegation that all their demands would be given sympathetic consideration by the government.
