Festivals To Be Celebrated With Traditional Fervor: CM

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu celebrated Holi at the Peterhof, yesterday with his Cabinet colleagues, citizens of Shimla town, besides with other party workers. The Chief Minister said that we all should celebrate all festivals with traditional customs, fervor and gaiety. He wished that the festival of colours may bring happiness and prosperity in the lives of the people of the State.

He expressed hope that the festival would further strengthen the unity and integrity of the country. Industries Minister, Harshwardhan Chauhan, Education Minister, Rohit Thakur, Rural Development Minister, Anirudh Singh, PWD Minister, Vikramaditya Singh, Principal Advisor (Media) to Chief Minister Naresh Chauhan, Principal Private Secretary to the Chief Minister Vivek Bhatia and senior officers were also present on the occasion amongst others.

Earlier, the Chief Minister visited Raj Bhawan and greeted Governor, Shiv Pratap Shukla and the first lady of the State Smt. Janki Shukla on Holi.
