Students of Swaran Public School celebrated Himachal Day through online classes as they shared their views and learned all about this important day for the state. School Principal Seema Mehta informed the kids on how the State came into being and we were part of its beautiful culture and heritage.

Students of Nursery, Kindergarten, and First, namely Aastha, Sarthik, Suhan, Tejas, Disha, Yashsvi, Rihan among others presented beautiful poems along with nice dance performances on this special day. Students of Class Two shared their creativity by presenting various food items from Himachal. Among them were Rishabh, Mayank, Kavyansh, Anshuman, Ridhima, Ajay, Mansi, Anamika and Diya.

Students from Class Fourth and Fifth namely Ekta, Shivani, Mayank, Tamanna, Hiren, Harshit, Ritika, Kashvi, presented Pahadi Naati, folktales on Himachal as well as shared few verses on the beauty of the State.

Senior students from Class Six, Seven, Eight and Nine presented folksongs, cultural heritage, food and dresses of Himachal.
