Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur have felicitated the people of the State, particularly the Muslim brethren on the auspicious occasion of Eid. Extending his greetings on the occasion, the Governor hoped that this festival would further strengthen the bonds of peace, unity and brotherhood in the country. The Chief Minister said that Eid festival brings joy and happiness on the culmination of the holy month of Ramzan. The festival may spread the message of goodwill and go a long way in strengthening the unity and integrity of the country, he added.
