Students of Himalayan Public School learned an important lesson on oral hygiene as Dr. Ashish Justa from Sundernagar counseled them on the topic. Dr. Justa shared a health smile mantra as he discussed various techniques that need to be followed during brushing ones teeth.

Dr. Justa said that he feels that it is very important that at the tender age children are guided properly regarding implication of marinating a healthy oral hygiene as in long run it can lead various health issues.

Students’ oral dental check up was also done by him. Treatments were suggested as per their conditions.

It was an eventful day as students also cleared their doubts on the topic hence becoming more enlightened.
