HIM MSME Fest 2026 is set to emerge not only as a major platform for industry and entrepreneurship but also as a festive and consumer-friendly event for the general public. For the first time in the history of the Fest, a Factory Outlet Zone will be established, offering consumers direct access to products from manufacturers at competitive prices.

Director of Industries, Dr. Yunus, informed that around 50 reputed factory outlet stalls will be set up under this special zone. These stalls will showcase products from well-known and trusted brands. He said that the initiative has been introduced with consumer interest at its core, ensuring that the benefits of industrial growth and MSME development reach the common people directly.

Wide Range of Products Under One Roof

The Factory Outlet Zone at HIM MSME Fest 2026 will offer a diverse range of products at a single venue. Consumers will be able to purchase food products and ready-to-eat items, handloom and textiles, traditional apparel, household utility items, leather goods and sports shoes, bakery and packaged food products, as well as local and traditional products of Himachal Pradesh. These products will reflect the State’s rich cultural heritage, skilled craftsmanship, and the quality standards of MSMEs.

Direct Benefit to Consumers

One of the key features of the factory outlet model is the direct interaction between manufacturers and consumers, which helps reduce prices while maintaining product quality. This transparent model not only makes shopping more affordable but also strengthens trust between buyers and producers. The zone is expected to be equally beneficial for consumers as well as MSME-based brands.

Boost for MSMEs and Entrepreneurs

Through direct market access, small and medium enterprises will gain valuable advantages such as enhanced brand visibility, real-time customer feedback, and expanded sales opportunities. The Factory Outlet Zone is poised to become one of the major attractions of HIM MSME Fest 2026, where families can enjoy shopping while gaining a closer understanding of real-world entrepreneurial models.

This initiative is being viewed as a significant step towards strengthening the State’s industrial and entrepreneurial ecosystem, ensuring mutual benefits for both consumers and manufacturers.
