HPU Donates ₹47 Lakh to CM Relief Fund

CM Sukhu was today presented a cheque of ₹47,05,683 by MLA and Member of Executive Council of Himachal Pradesh University, Harish Janartha, on behalf of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the university. The amount has been contributed towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to support ongoing humanitarian efforts.

Expressing gratitude, the Chief Minister appreciated the generous contribution and termed it a commendable step towards supporting people in distress. He appealed to the public to continue extending support to the Relief Fund, emphasizing the importance of collective responsibility in times of need.

Also present on the occasion were Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, Kuldeep Singh Pathania, and Vice Chancellor of HPU, Prof. Mahavir Singh, along with other dignitaries.
