India to Become Vishwaguru By the Power of Spirituality: Governor

While presiding over the 4th Annual Spiritual Conference of Brahma Kumaris Sub Seva Kendra at Sunni in Shimla district, Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar said that the power of India’s spirituality could make us Vishwaguru again and Brahma Kumaris Sansthan was making significant contribution in this direction. He said that spiritual power has the power of God, which inspired us to do any work.  He said that India has the potential to become a Vishwaguru but, we have to re-awaken our spiritual power.  He said that ‘Prajapita Brahma Baba ji’ revived this power and the movement he launched today has got a global form and today its centers were being operated in 140 countries.

The Governor said that since the last few years there has been a change in the mindset of the people, which would lead us to become a Vishwa Guru.  He said that our culture and tradition has been that we have won others by changing their hearts. On the basis of these ideas, we have been winning the hearts of the people.  He called upon the people to preserve this culture.  He said, “We have considered the whole world as our home.  We want to make the world ‘Aryan’ means ‘the best’. He said that ‘ Prajapita Brahma Baba ji ‘ also gave the same lesson to us.  There was a need to connect the people of the society with this campaign.  He appreciated the social work being done through the institute.  He added that the people associated with them were an inspiration to society. On the occasion, the Governor felicitated the persons doing outstanding work in the social sector.

Dr. Mrityunjay, Executive Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, Mount Abu welcomed the Governor and said that Himachal Pradesh is known as Devbhoomi. To maintain its significance, Brahma Kumaris were associated with social work, he added. He said that during the Amrit Mahotsav, the institute organized 15,000 programs in three months, which included campaigns like plantation and drug de-addiction. On the occasion, National Convener of Education Section at Mount Abu, Brahmacharini Rajyogini Shivika gave the message of spirituality. Director, Brahma Kumaris Sub Seva Kendra Sunni Revadas gave detailed information about the activities implemented through the institute in the last one year. Senior Rajayogi Brahmakumar Prakash also welcomed the Governor. The Sanchalika of the institute, Brahma Kumari Shakuntala has proposed a vote of thanks.
