A grand Investiture Ceremony was organized at Loreto Convent Tara Hall, today. This event was conducted with the objective of fostering leadership qualities among students and encouraging a sense of discipline and responsibility. The ceremony commenced with a collective act of watering a plant, followed by a prayer dance and invocations, led by Sister Apolina, Head of the Loreto Community, and Mrs. Ritu Sharma, the Principal of the school.


On this occasion, the newly elected members of the Student Council were formally entrusted with their respective positions and responsibilities. Katyayani Sharma was appointed as the Head Girl, while Bhavya Singh Dhanda took on the role of Vice Head Girl. Zoya Nepta was named the Sports Captain, with Ojal Sharma as the Vice Sports Captain.


House Captains Prakriti Guleria, Dhani Guleria, Divija Sood, Vanya Vardaan, Shivika Mekhta, Ritkriti Sharma, and Avni Singh along with Vice House Captains Anadya Jhingan, Samaira Kairo, Advika Chauhan, Avantika Sood, Adriza Jasta, and Oral Negi assumed their responsibilities. Additionally, Avni Singh was appointed as the JPIC President, and Adhishree Verma as the Vice President, along with representatives of various departments. Each of them was honored with their respective badges, followed by an oath-taking ceremony.

The Principal, in her inspiring address, encouraged all Student Council members to carry out their responsibilities with honesty, discipline, integrity, and dedication. She emphasized the importance of leadership and urged students to strive for their goals with hard work and commitment.
Following this, Head Girl Katyayani Sharma expressed her gratitude towards the school management, Principal, and the entire Loreto community. On behalf of her newly elected council, she pledged to work with sincerity and diligence.
The ceremony concluded with the Loreto Chorus, marking the end of a memorable and inspiring event. This occasion was not just a moment of honor for the students but also a transformative experience, instilling in them a deeper sense of leadership, discipline, and responsibility.
