Performance of the Students of Class X in Term-1 Exams

PIB Delhi – The Term-I examinations were conducted as per schedule. While communicating performance of Term-I examinations to the schools, following important information is also being communicated to all concerned for needful action:

The Board is informing the schools only about the theory performance of their students of Class X in a collective manner. Hence, the performance of individual student will not be available on the website. The information about the performance of students is based on the performance of the students uploaded by the schools. In the subjects where the assessment was not done by the schools, performance based on the scanning of OMR Sheets is being communicated to the schools. In case, the students missed their Term- I exams due to COVID or because of the participation in National/International Sports/Olympiads etc., no performance of Term-l examinations is being communicated.

However, their final performance will be assessed based on performance in Term-11 examinations in accordance with circular no. CBSE/Coord/Sports/2021-22 dated 09/11/2021. Only theory performance is communicated to the students. The information about practical/project/internal assessment is already with the schools. Being Term – I only, no Mark Sheet cum Passing Certificate is being issued now. Only one Mark Sheet cum Passing Certificate will be issued after Term-Il examination to have parity with the previous results. This will be comprising of total marks of both the Terms as per weightage decided of Term-I and Term-Il examinations.
