A spokesman of the Labour and Employment Department said here today that with a view to provide online facility to the eligible youth for applying and availing subsidy, a portal for Rajiv Gandhi Swarozgaar Start-up Yojana-2023 has been prepared and made functional by the Department. He said that the portal can be accessed through http://www.rgssy.com.
He said that this Yojna was promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship among the youth of the State. The scheme offers incentives, concessions and facilities to eligible Himachali youth in the shape of subsidy to help them in establishing self-employment-based enterprises/activities in Himachal Pradesh.
All the eligible applicants identified and recommended by the Transport Department to the Department of Labour & Employment can apply for a subsidy for the purchase of e-taxis through this portal, he said.
