President Murmu Honors Kangra’s Praveen Singh With Tenzing Norgay Award

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has congratulated Praveen Singh on being awarded the Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award 2022. The award was presented to him by President Draupadi Murmu in New Delhi on Tuesday. Praveen Singh, belonging to Kangra district, is working as ASI in BSF.

Praveen Singh has successfully climbed Mount Everest and Mount Kanchenjunga twice and has successfully climbed more than 20 Himalayan peaks. The Chief Minister said that Praveen’s remarkable achievements in adventure sports are inspiring for others and encourage everyone to achieve excellence in their field through hard work and dedication.
