Range of Vision — Artists Delight at Gaiety

Being a part of exhibitions is not a burden; it’s another way for an independent label such as mine to reach a larger audience by exposing them to my whole body of work, believes all the dynamic artists who have showcased their work in an ongoing art exhibition at Gaiety Theater, Shimla.

Like the title suggests, no doubt the exhibitor provides a rage of themes and thoughts for art lovers may that be of religion, sadhu baba, beautiful women, miniature painting, abstract or anything else by artists including Amit Kumar, Anamika Kundwani, Anupama Chauhan, Balkrishan Harshey, Kumkum Mathur, Mamta Dixit, Mustjajab Shelle, Nitiksha Dawar, Praveen Sharma, Rashmi Sharma, Rounak Rai, Dr. Sanjay Dhawale, Shurti Agerawal, Sita Ram, Swati Gupta and Uma Singh.

All of them were full of excitement as they feel it was a great opportunity to showcase their talent in the beautiful hills where people appreciate art and have keen interest in it. Most of them come with a strong opinion that being an artist is not a piece of cake and there is lot of hard work that goes into making their masterpiece. Various mediums have been used including oil, acrylic, water colour and pen to name some for their painting imagination by every artist.

“It is an amazing collection and I believe after a very long time we have seem such great work. Some of them are too good to be true, totally realistic work. I wish to sees more such exhibitions in the city”, expressed one of the spectators.

As per the future plans all the artists wish to make their mark in the art world and continue to paint their last.
