Schedule for Terminal Assessment Issued

The Terminal Assessment of students studying in Government schools is being held by SSA and DEE. This Terminal Assessment examination will be held for Classes – I, II, III, IV, VI and VII summer closing schools. The Education Department has issued the date sheet for the Terminal Assessment, which is as under:

Instructions for Assessment

  • Assessment will begin at 10.30 am in all the centers. Teachers should strictly adhere to the date and timings.
  • Students would be given 15 minutes extra time to read the question paper.
  • For Classes I and II there is a segment of oral reading in Hindi and English question paper. Teacher will call the students one by one and make them read and give marks on the question booklet itself.
  • Assessment would be done at the respective schools.
  • Every school would develop student, subject and school-wise result according to the format (to be provided latter) and submit the same to BRCC through CRCC and finally to the State by 15th April, 2016.
  • Final grade (result) would be declared by taking into account results of I, II and III term.
