The Higher Education Department has announced that students can now apply online for the Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship Schemes for the academic year 2025–26. According to a spokesperson from the department, the application process has commenced on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) https://scholarships.gov.in starting from 17th June 2025.
The last date to apply for the Pre-Matric Scholarship is 30th August 2025, while the deadline for the Post-Matric Scholarship is 31st October 2025. Students are encouraged to submit their applications well before the deadlines to avoid any last-minute issues.
