Seminar & Painting Competition on Ill-Effects of Noise Pollution – Auckland Girls

A lecture on the ill-effects of noise pollution was organized at Auckland House School, Shimla, which was conducted as per the guidelines of the Department of Environment, Science and Technology (DEST), Government of Himachal Pradesh by Akshita Sharma, Project Associate for NGC Programme. The lecture was witnessed by the students of Form VI, VII and VIII.

The awareness campaign also focused on the concept of “HORN NOT OK”. To engage the students and emphasise the theme, a painting competition was also organized in the school for the same.
