On the fifth day of Shimla Winter Carnival, cultural groups from districts Chamba, Mandi, Sirmaur and Shimla entertained the people. Apart from this, people also enjoyed the performance of senior folk singer Mansa Pandit, Swar Sadhana Kala Manch Shimla, Bhangra troupe Punjab of NZCC Patiala and Kalbelia dance Rajasthan.
Sham-e-Qawwali organized at Gaiety Theatre.
Sham-e-Qawwali was organized by the Department of Language and Culture at Gaiety Theatre, in which Ruhdari Qawwal entertained the people with his Qawwalis.
