St. Thomas’ School, Shimla, held a spectacular Annual Day celebration for its junior wing, covering Nursery to Class 4, on October 21-22, 2024. The two-day event was filled with joy, performances, and awards, bringing together students, parents, and distinguished guests.

Day 1: Exciting Performances Mark the Start of St. Thomas’ Annual Day 2024

The event kicked off on October 21, 2024, with Ms. Namita Sood as the Chief Guest. The young students of Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten, and Classes 2-4 dazzled the audience with their talents. The atmosphere was alive with excitement and energy as parents watched their little ones take the stage.

Day 2: Musical Play and Dance Performances Steal the Show

On Day 2, the celebration continued with Ms. Vandana Bhagra, Founder of Keekli, “An Ode to Innocence,” as the esteemed Chief Guest. The day featured heartwarming performances, including:

  • Dance Performance: The children of Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, and Senior Kindergarten performed a delightful dance sequence titled “Blooming Flowers.”
  • Musical Play: Students from Classes 2-4 captivated the audience with a play titled “Stuck in Fairyland,” which emphasized the significance of parental love and care.
  • Musical Excellence: The program also included a heartfelt welcome song and the school anthem, “St. Thomas’ Pride.”

School Report and Awards: Celebrating Student Achievements

Principal Ms. Vidhupriya Chakravarty presented the annual school report, highlighting key achievements across academics, conduct, and attendance. Several students were recognized for their excellence:
