Pre-primary section of Loreto Convent Tara Hall School, Shimla, celebrated their Annual Day, keeping up with the tradition of the institution as parents graced the occasion as the esteemed guests for the day. The morning began with a devotional prayer dance and a soulful prayer service by the tiny-tots.

The rhythmic dances performed by young graceful dancers –- Punjabi dance, Angel dance, Rajasthani dance and an Umbrella dance enthralled the audience. The action rhymes by Nursery students transported the parents to their childhood days. Parents also witnessed a PowerPoint presentation on the daily schedule of their daughters in school.

The little yogis also performed few yoga asanas exhibiting their flexibility. Parents were thoroughly moved when they heard the nightingales sang the famous song, “Mumma Love Papa”. Children also displayed their perfect elocuting skills by reciting a story which depicted playfulness and the core free attitude of a child.

The entire programme was appreciated by the audience and left them spellbound. The event ended with a speech by the School Principal Sr. A. Nirmala who congratulated the staff and the students for their efforts in presenting an excellent programme.
