Govt. Orders Transfer Of IPS Officers For Efficient Administration

The Government of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Civil Services Board, has ordered the transfer and postings of two IPS officers with immediate effect in the public interest. (Govt. Orders Transfer Of IPS Officers For Efficient Administration)

Mayank Chaudhary, ASP, Distt. Kangra, IPS (HP:2019) will be posted in Shimla, while Manav Verma, IPS SP, Distt. Lahaul & Spiti, AIG, Police Headquarters, (HP:2015) will take his place in Distt. Kangra.

The following individuals and departments have been notified of the transfers:

  1. The Under Secretary to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, North Block, New Delhi-1
  2. The Pr. Pvt. Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2
  3. The PS to Pr. Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2
  4. The Sr. PS to Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2
  5. The PS to Pr. Secretary (Home) to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2
  6. The Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2
  7. The Addl. Director General of Police, CID/SV & ACB/Law & Order/Home Guards/Prisons, HP, Shimla
  8. The IGP, SR Shimla/ DIGP, NR Dharamshala/ DIGP, CR Mandi
  9. All SP’s/ Commandant’s of IRBn’s in HP
  10. The Dy. Accountant General (A&E), H.P., Shimla-3
  11. The Officers concerned for immediate compliance
  12. The Controller (F&A), Department of Personnel, H.P. Secretariat, Shimla-2
  13. Guard file/personal files.

This transfer order aims to ensure effective and efficient administration and maintenance of law and order in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
