Students of Guru Nanak Foundation Public School, MOHALI, situated in the lush green surroundings learnt a very important lesson about a pollution free environment. Keeping in mind to engage the students in various activities such programmes are conducted regularly in the school. Recently a plantation drive under the guidance of Punjab Pollution Control Board was organized.

Punjab Pollution Board provided the school with saplings to further groom the budding youth with eco-friendly habits. School Principal Namita Lal highlighted the hazards faced by the environment and what measures we should take to save our mother land. She stressed on planting more and more trees, while enlightening the students of multifarious benefits of preservation and conservation.
