Vehicular movement on the road from Oak Over to Shimla Club will remain suspended till January 31, 2026, as per orders issued by the district administration. District Magistrate Shimla Anupam Kashyap informed that this decision has been taken in continuation of the orders issued earlier on October 29 and December 31, 2025.

He said that earlier, traffic on the stretch from Oak Over to Marina Chowk had been restricted up to January 31, 2026. In continuation of these orders, the restriction has now been extended during this period to cover the entire stretch from Oak Over to Shimla Club as well. The measure has been implemented in the interest of public safety and smooth management of the area.

The district administration has advised commuters to follow traffic advisories and use alternative routes during this period to avoid inconvenience.
