Yoga – Elixir of Life — Laureate Public School

laureate.sep11Vivekanand Center Shimla, in association with the department of Language Art and Culture, Himachal Pradesh, celebrated Yoga Day at the historic Gaiety Theater, here today. During the celebration four students from Laureate Public School, Shimla participated and expressed their take on need of Yoga and its benefits in the current time.

Yamini, a Class XII student gave detailed information about Yoga and said that Yoga is sure shot medicine for many problems that we face in our daily life. On the other hand, Anchal Kashyup enlightened audiences with the life history of Vivekanand and shared about his journey from being a common man to becoming a saint.

Shubhum Ronta, from Class X expressed his take on life of a student and the name Vivekanand whereas Akash Singh of Class X shared and guided the spectators about the benefits of Yoga.
