The Viksit Bharat Challenge 2025–26, a flagship initiative under the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD), invites participation from youth aged 15 to 29 years across India. The challenge aims to identify and empower young changemakers through a structured four-stage selection process. The first stage is a digital quiz, and registrations for this are open until 15 October 2025 on https://mybharat.gov.in or https://www.mygov.in. In total, 1,500 participants from various States and Union Territories will be selected for the national-level competition through this track.

Following the quiz, Stage 2 will involve the submission of an essay on the same platforms between 23 October and 5 November 2025. Stage 3 will be conducted in-person at the state level as a PPT (presentation) challenge, scheduled from 24 November to 8 December 2025. The top performers will advance to Stage 4, the Viksit Bharat Championship, which will be held during the National Youth Festival in New Delhi from 10 to 12 January 2026.

The grand finale of the VBYLD will also take place during the National Youth Festival, bringing together a vibrant and diverse cohort of 3,000 young participants from across the nation. These participants will engage in interactive sessions, discussions, and presentations, contributing to a collaborative ecosystem of ideas, solutions, and commitments focused on nation-building. The journey towards VBYLD 2025–26 has officially begun, and eligible youth are encouraged to register and participate in this unique leadership opportunity.

Participants can register through the official websites or by scanning the designated QR code provided in the campaign materials.
