Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Indresh Kumar has urged China to abandon its expansionist policies and align its actions with the peaceful teachings of Lord Buddha. Speaking after a meeting with Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala, Kumar emphasized that true global progress must stem from mutual respect, religious freedom, and human values rather than territorial ambitions and land occupation.
The meeting coincided with the ongoing BRICS Summit in New Delhi, prompting the RSS leader to highlight the importance of constructive international cooperation. He noted that developing nations should focus on achieving internal growth and aiding surrounding regions instead of pursuing expansionist agendas. Emphasizing that India has historically honored all faiths and supported peaceful coexistence, Kumar reiterated that China must embrace humanity and peace to foster long-term global stability.
