Sukhu Flags Off Inner Wheel Club’s Centennial Car Rally From Shimla

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today flagged off the car rally organized by Inner Wheel District 308 to mark 100 years of establishment of the Inner Wheel Club from OakOver, Shimla. This rally will conclude at New Delhi during a grand ceremony. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the Inner Wheel Club was fulfilling its social responsibilities very well.

While lauding its efforts, he said that the club has been organizing various activities for the welfare of the needy sections of the society. He said that the role of women was vital in the development of society. Today, women are playing a pivotal role in every field and many steps have been taken by the state government towards their empowerment.

Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister, Anirudh Singh, Principal Advisor (Media) to the Chief Minister, Naresh Chauhan, OSD to the Chief Minister, Gopal Sharma and Ritesh Kaprate, District Chairperson of Inner Wheel Club, Seema Kapoor, Officer, Neha Sharma and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
