Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has expressed grief over the death of Hawaldar Sukhdev Singh who attained martyrdom in a battle field. He was resident of Jamsai village in Sarkaghat of district Mandi and was stationed in Leh-Ladakh.
The Chief Minister in his condolence message said that the nation would always be indebted for his valour. Hawaldar Sukhdev Singh’s contribution and his supreme sacrifice will always be remembered, he said. The Chief Minister prayed to the almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear this irreparable loss.
