Aadi Bazar 2025: A Celebration of Tribal Arts & Crafts in Shimla

Aadi Bazar, a vibrant showcase of India’s rich tribal heritage, commenced today at the Gaiety Theatre in Shimla. Organized by TRIFED (Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India), this 10-day event (January 10-19) brings together artisans from across the country to display their exquisite crafts, organic products, and traditional herbs.

A Showcase of Tribal Diversity:

The inauguration ceremony was graced by dignitaries from the Tribal Department of Himachal Pradesh, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests Department, and officials from the State Rural Livelihood Mission. Himanshu Bahl, Regional Manager of TRIFED’s North Region, along with his team, has meticulously curated this event to provide a platform for tribal artisans to connect with the public and promote their unique creations.
