Author and mental health specialist Priya Sharma today met CM Sukhu at Oak Over and presented him with a copy of her book, “The Light He Left Behind.”
The book, inspired by true events, narrates the emotional journey of the author following the loss of her brother. It also highlights her mother’s resilience and her own path through grief, love, and healing. Alongside the story, the book offers reflective insights and practical tools to help others cope with loss and emotional recovery.
Sukhu appreciated Sharma’s initiative in turning a personal tragedy into a powerful message of courage, compassion, and hope.
