Dabur Glucose, India’s leading instant energy drink from the House of Dabur, expanded its ‘Energize India’ campaign to Shimla with a dedicated session promoting stamina, energy, and overall wellness for young athletes.

The awareness session, hosted at the Shimla Sports Complex, featured acclaimed sports coach Ajay Thakur alongside a fitness and nutrition expert. Together, they guided aspiring athletes on the importance of energy management, balanced nutrition, and hydration to enhance their performance and recovery. As a highlight, Dabur also recognized and felicitated top athletes from the institute for their exemplary achievements.

“Our ‘Energize India’ campaign is focused on nurturing young sports talent by supporting their energy needs,” said Amit Garg, Marketing Head – Health Supplements at Dabur India Ltd. “With its quick energy boost, Dabur Glucose is an ideal companion for athletes aiming to maintain peak performance.”

Ajay Thakur emphasized that while training is vital, attention to nutrition and stamina is equally crucial. “Athletes must understand the value of proper hydration and balanced diets in sustaining their performance,” he noted.

Reaffirming the brand’s commitment, Garg added, “We aim to empower sports communities nationwide by promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. Dabur Glucose is crafted to fuel the aspirations of India’s youth with effective and refreshing energy support.”

The initiative continues Dabur’s mission to foster athletic excellence and physical well-being among India’s emerging sports talents.
