Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla along with lady Governor Janaki Shukla, visited ‘Sarvodaya Bal Ashram’ and Balika Ashram at Tutikandi to extend them Deepawali greetings to the children residing there. They distributed sweets to the children in both the ashrams and wished them a prosperous and happy life.
He said that the Children should have confidence in them to face the challenges of life and expressed satisfaction over the facilities being provided in both these residential institutions. He also appreciated the talent of the students of this Ashram and asked the officers to provide all possible help to the students to excel in life and contribute in development of the nation. The Children performed a colourful cultural programme on the occasion.
