Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla released a book titled ‘Empowering Tribes, A Path Towards Sustainable Development‘ authored by wife of Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri Professor Simmi Agnihotri and Dr. Vijay Singh here today.
At the launch, the governor stated that the rich cultural legacy of the tribal areas has attracted the world over the years. He added that tribal areas in the last few years have witnessed unparallel development and as a result are equipped with roads, health, education and other basic facilities. The book details about the changes in the tribal areas after witnessing development.
