Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar today released 13th edition of multidisciplinary journal, JOURNAL OF RESEARCH: THE BEDE ATHENAEUM” of St. Bede’s College, Shimla which is an official publication of St. Bede’s Educational Society at Raj Bhavan. Appreciating the contribution of St. Bede’s College in the education sector, Sh. Arlekar said, Shimla has its own educational history and you have added to it. He said that generally research work was done at the university level but it was a matter of contentment that this work was being done at the stage of college and it was also being published through the journal. He congratulated all the members of the editorial and advisory board of the Journal for the genuine efforts.
On the occasion, Dr. Molly Abraham, Principal, St. Bede’s College and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal briefed about the journal and said that all research articles in the journal had undergone rigorous peer review by anonymous referees. She added that the articles were invited from academics and researchers from all disciplines. Dr. Sapna Sharma, Managing Editor of the Journal and Associate Professor, Department of Physics, St. Bede’s College thanked the Governor for releasing the journal. Members of the editorial board of the journal were also present on the occasion.
