Greenco Company Donates Rs. 1.35 Crore to Support Victims of Samej Disaster in Shimla

Anoop Banyal, General Manager of Greenco Company, presented a cheque of Rs. 1.35 crore to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today, to support the victims of the Samej disaster in Shimla district. The funds will be used to assist families affected by the devastating monsoon disaster this year. The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the company’s management for this noble gesture.

Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that Rs. 2 lakh each would be provided to 32 families whose homes were completely damaged, while another Rs. 2 lakh will be provided to 33 families who lost their loved ones during the calamity. Additionally, Rs. 1 lakh each will be given to 5 families whose homes sustained partial damage. He said this contribution would go a long way in the ongoing efforts to support the affected families and help them rebuild their lives.
