The Chief Minister highlighted ongoing education reforms, including better-performing CBSE schools with rising enrollment, and assured that teacher vacancies will be filled soon. In the health sector, he pointed to the installation of advanced MRI machines and progress in robotic surgeries.

He also mentioned that ₹1,600 crore in central financial aid was withheld due to the implementation of the Old Pension Scheme but defended the decision as necessary to ensure social security for government employees.
