HP Police Recommends Constable Sanjeev Kumar for Gallantry Medal

The Himachal Pradesh Police has decided to recommend Constable Sanjeev Kumar’s name for the Police Medal for Gallantry (PMG), a prestigious honor awarded by the Government of India for acts of exceptional courage in protecting the Nation and its citizens.

His timely and decisive actions during the challenging situation prevented potential harm and showcasing his bravery and professionalism. The proposal for his consideration for the PMG reflects the commitment of Himachal Pradesh Police to recognize honour the acts of bravery. The Department will formally submit the recommendation to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for further consideration soon.
